12/19/2023 0 Comments Transmit 5 not working![]() ![]() Right now I'm not sure why the BT5 functions are not working as expected. I am looking to participate and may need a little help on software matters. I am using a common/popular Realtek USB BT5 adaptor.Ī RTL8761B as is mentioned worked in the documentation for Linux Transmitter. ![]() I am using the Android OPenDroneID 3.4.3 app on a Samsung S23 And also using DroneScanner (dronetag) v1.5.2īoth apps decode/display properly when I "transmit l" I can tell that the Bluetooth radio is actually transmitting something when I "transmit 5 p" or "transmit 5"Īs I have a spectrum analyzer and microwave audible power envelope detector nearby. Which is of course what I am most interested in. I was able to get the Linux transmitter to work.īut is not working on bluetooth5 Long Range + Extended Advertising My email to him contained some additional (and repeated) details as follows: I also sent Gabriel an email that I am interested in participating here. Transmitter is using "A BT5 USB adapter/dongle of the brand ONVIAN and with the chipset RTL8761B"įeatures: 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00įeatures: 0xbd 0x5f 0圆6 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00Īntenna Switching During CTE Transmission (AoD)Īntenna Switching During CTE Reception (AoA) So it seems to be "working" transmitting something but not showing up in the remoteid android apps that I have tested. When testing transmit, NRF Connect APP on phone shows MAC, signal, Device type:(unknown), Advertising type: Bluetooth Advertising Extension, Data status: Complete, Primary PHY:LE Coded, Secondary PHY: LE Coded, AdvertisingSet ID:0 OpendroneID app says it is supporting Coded Phy and Extended Advertising.īut nothing shows up in the APP when "I transmit 5 p". Did you check "Protocol Status Register" ? Please check this register.ĥ.In summary BT5 long range test does not work or show up in android remoteID apps that I am testing.Īnd it does show up in NRF Connect app on my Android phone. If AURIX TC375 connect with external CAN test device, did you configure same baud rate ?Ĥ. ![]() CAN1 transceiver : Connect P23.0 with CAN RXD, Connect P23.1 with CAN TXD CAN0 transceiver : Connect P20.7 with CAN RXD, Connect P20.8 with CAN TXD In case of TC3x5 Triboard, 2 CAN channels are available as below Of course, SW for for 2 CAN channels also have to be implemented. So, If you wants to test CAN, you have to connect both CANH and CANL on CAN Connector. In case of TriBoard TC3x5, you can test 2 CAN channels. How did you configure HW connection for CAN test ? Is AURIX TC375 connect with external CAN test device (e.g CANoe) ? So, you only configured TX code on AURIX TC375. Please let me know exact board name and version.Ģ. Which AURIX TC375 kit is used ? (e.g TriBoard TC3x5) On my side, I didn't saw any problem in your code.ġ. Hence in external loop back mode, i can see the signal on Tx pins. If i use Node 0 as Tx with external loop back mode and Node 1 as Rx with internal Loop back mode, then I can see the Tx signal on the Tx pin by Oscilloscope. I made my code from the example code by doing following things:Ĥ: In the main.c, I am send Tx request by using a timer of 1 sec.īut the code stuck in the sending Tx block and it does not work. Similarly two interrupts are also used for both Tx and Rx. In the MCMCAN example, loop back mode is used and for that node 0 is declared as transmitter and node 1 as receiver. But when i change it from Loopback mode to normal mode and set RX and TX pins. I follow CAN Loop back code example and it works perfectly fine on my Aurix TC375 kit.
